The Illinois High School Helmet Project

The North Fulton helmet is black with a white facemask. There is no logo.

That is not entirely accurate. I think this pic is Bret Swango in one of the area paper's player of the year pic. There was a logo on at least the left side of an arching "wildcats" with claws scratching through it. This logo can be seen on this page http://www.spoon-river.k12.il.us/hs_spo ... ctures.htm. Having been at their playoff games against Lewiston, Stark County and Galena, I saw that alot of their players had so many award decals that they started to cover the main logo. Their previous logo was the NF with the cat at the top of the page, and was colorized with red lettering and a white outlined cat on the same shell/facemask. The cat was clear other than the outline and the shell coloring filled it in. It can be seen here http://www.spoon-river.k12.il.us/. I will have to do some digging to get the years of the old logo, but the one in the 2007 playoff pics were new for 2007.

All the more reason not to get it done....I will now need the logo/decal to do this one....

What am I looking for in the second link? Either I'm completely blind or I just can't seem to see this logo...

The bottom left part of the collage pic towards the top of the page looks to have the 1998 to 2006 logo on the helmet. it's the same logo that is on the top of the first page linked, only the cat and letters are white outlined and the cat is black instead of grey. I don't know of a way to get ahold of the logo itself other than getting ahold of the AD of either Cuba or Valley HS (the two schools which make North Fulton) or the head coach.

There is a decal on the helmet and I need it to complete it...moving to "Unmakeable Helmets" until I get a decal...

I took this at the United Vs. North Fulton game tonight. Sorry if there's a glare. This is the same logo that was used last season, and the cat sratches run the oposite direction on the other side of the helmet. i.e. toward and away from the W depending on the side. The pic is of the left side with the facemask barely in the pic which is white. There are no stripes on the helmet, just a lot of award decals. If the file doesn't attatch, then I will email it to you.

This gives me a better view of the helmet, but I can't draw up that logo.....I will need a helmet decal to complete it....I need the decal for the RIGHT side....
